1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request a cancellation of their course enrollment within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
  • Once a course has been accessed beyond the allowed limit, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The user must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds will not be issued for completed courses or downloadable content.
  • Refunds will not be provided for promotional or discounted purchases.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your name, order details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • The user has accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The refund is requested due to change of mind or personal inconvenience.
  • The course was purchased during a promotional sale.
